• Delivery fees are paid in cash to the drivers or can be added during the checkout process
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday-Friday between 9:00am-7:00pm
  • The drivers will call 30 minutes prior to their arrival
  • Someone with a valid ID must be home within your scheduled delivery window
  • If cash is not present at the time of delivery, the customer can call customer service and pay over the phone with a debit/credit card. There is a $5.00 convenience fee for this
  • Drivers will wait a maximum of 30 minutes before leaving the delivery residence
  • If no one is home at the time of delivery the customer will be responsible for a re-delivery fee
  • Missed deliveries must be paid prior to scheduling a re-delivery
  • If the re-delivery fee is not paid and the order is cancelled, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee deducted from the total refund
  • If the order is placed using a debit/credit card and the billing address does not match the delivery address, the cardholder must FIRST submit their valid ID
  • All receiving customers must complete and sign the “Proof of Delivery” form presented by the drivers
  • Drivers WILL NOT move existing furniture/decor
  • If you received a “free delivery” on your first order and are requesting an exchange or return, there will be a re-delivery fee ($50 minimum) for the second trip
