I just placed my order, how do I schedule my delivery or pick-up?

A Customer Executive will contact you to schedule your pick-up or delivery (whichever you prefer). If requesting delivery, we will get your current delivery address if it differs from your provided billing address.  If you place an order after 6:00pm Monday-Saturday or on a Sunday, you will be contacted the very next business day.  If you placed an order within the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, you will be requesting delivery, you can expect a phone call from the Local Delivery Office within 48 hours of purchase! For questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate in reaching out to us, we’re always here to help!

What is your return policy? offers a 48 Hour, Hassle-Free Return (minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable) on all our products!  If you have a return, contact us to schedule an appointment to drop off your item(s) at our Distribution Center. The item must be returned within 48 hours and be in like-new condition with no stains, odors, or damage and with the original manufacturer’s packaging. Important Note:

Please save the manufacturer’s packaging for 48 hours after your delivery in case you decide to return an item(s).  If an item is returned the original packaging must be returned along with the product.  We are unable to accept returns without the manufacturer’s original packaging.  No exceptions will be made.

An appointment must be scheduled prior to returning and item(s)It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product back to our warehouse.  If you’re unable to return the product yourself; are within the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, we can schedule a pick-up for the return.  However, you will be responsible for the pick-up fee which will be the same amount as the delivery fee.

Once I place my order, how will I receive it?

In-stock items may be picked up (Monday-Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm) if the payment has cleared. You may also contact for delivery contact number! You can also visit our Local Delivery Page for delivery information and rates!

Is there a charge for delivery or assembly?

YES!  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any delivery or assembly fees to the driver at the time of delivery.  Visit our Local Delivery Page for rates and information!

How do I know if I’m within your Delivery Area?

We currently deliver locally to the Dallas/Ft Worth, TX.  Feel free to contact us for a delivery quote or to see if you’re within our delivery range!

What does it mean when is says assembly required?

Our items come to you straight from the manufacturer’s warehouse. They are all boxed and most are unassembled. Assembly can mean anything from simply screwing on the hardware, to complete assembly required.

Do your products come with a warranty? offers a limited 90-Day Warranty with all our items!  If you have an issue caused by a manufacturers defect within the first 90 days after purchase, we will gladly work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement part!  If defects are reported later than 48-hours after delivery or pick-up OR if it is found that the damage or defect was caused by customer neglect, misuse or improper assembly, the customer will be responsible for paying for the replacement piece and picking-up or paying a re-delivery fee for item that is being replaced.

What if my item is damaged when I get it?

Call us right away!  We always recommend opening the box to check for damage as soon as you receive your item(s) to ensure a smooth return process.  We will then work directly with the manufacturer in replacing the item immediately.  Damaged or missing pieces must be reported to us within 48 hours of purchase.

If I pay for assembly and want the delivery service to take the trash (boxes, plastic wrap etc.) while they're there, will they do that? Does it cost extra?

They will take any of the wrapping/packaging with them if you request them to do so! However, be advised that returns or exchanges cannot be done if the original packaging is not present, making that sale final.
