Holding Purchased Items:

We will hold the order for seven (7) days unless extended arrangements have been made
If the merchandise has not been picked up after seven days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus a 25% re-stocking fee

Warranty:

  • The customer may be liable for replacement parts if it is found that the damage or defect was caused by customer neglect, misuse or improper assembly OR if the claim is reported later than 48 hours after pick-up or delivery.
